Finalize Your Paper

Once your paper is accepted, you will be asked to finalize your paper and supply the final version to IEEE. Follow these steps to ensure that your paper is published accurately in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library.

• Make sure that default text from the paper template is removed.

• Check the title and all author names for accuracy.

• If instructed by your conference committee, use PDF eXpress to check whether your paper is compliant with IEEE Xplore.

Please note that further changes cannot be made once the paper is published in IEEE Xplore.
